Berghaus

      The Berghaus, built in 1902-1904, was originally meant to be Kurhaus Val Sinestra. However, it soon turned out to be much too small, therefore, the owners generated more money and found an architect to build a larger hotel. After it was finished in 1912, the Berghaus was only used to store goods and provide lodgings for the staff.
      The present owner bought both Hotel and Berghaus in 1978 and found the Berghaus almost in ruins. Now it has become a lovely guesthouse with a capacity of around 35 guests. It is also very suitable for groups that like to create their own atmosphere. Next to its hotel function, it is also a restaurant during the day for walkers, cyclists and, in winter, skiers.
